When You Run Into Vincent Van Gogh on the Subway
With so many people on the planet earth, chances are high that you’ve got a doppelganger. This means there’s probably somebody out there who looks just like you. But, because of what we said before about there being so many people on earth, chances are you’re never going to meet them. Still, every once in a while you might run into a doppelganger or lookalike that blows your mind, just like this one!
We’re not sure if it was intentional or not, but this guy looks exactly like Vincent Van Gogh. But here’s the real question– do we think that he can paint like him, too?
Felix? Is That You?
Sometimes art imitates life, and sometimes life imitates art. And, in this case, an artistic rendering of a gorgeous black and white cat is imitating a gorgeous actual black and white cat! It almost looks like that’s the real Felix there on the ground, waiting for his food. Although, Felix seems to be saying that that’s an awfully small pouch of food for a hungry cat. Maybe he needs two pouches!
Whether you’re a cat person or not, you’ve got to admit that these two lookalikes are both adorable. The cat food, though, probably doesn’t smell that good, but the smell doesn’t translate through pictures, so it’s fine.
What Animal Could This Possibly Be?
This image definitely threw us for a loop upon first glance. We’ve heard of people keeping kangaroos and wallabies as pets before, but never in the house like this. Then, we kept looking, and we realized it wasn’t a kangaroo after all. It’s just a german shepherd puppy falling between the cracks. With the way his tail is all tucked in and his paws are resting on his belly, he might have even convinced some kangaroos!
Although kangaroos might look cute and cuddly, they’re very protective and violent animals. Keep your pets a safe distance away and don’t try to pet them, even if they seem friendly.
These Milkweed Pods Look Exactly Like Hummingbirds
Even though the human eye is incredibly powerful, it still can be tricked. For example, the first time we looked at this picture, we figured it showed a bunch of hummingbirds or little parrots perched and drinking from the edge of the glass. In actuality, it’s a series of milkweed pods draped over the glass to dry out. It could’ve fooled us, especially considering we’d never seen a milkweed pod before.
Although milkweed does have some medicinal properties, it also can be poisonous. So, keep that in mind and please try no to munch away if you find any of these by the side of the road.
Who’s More Stylish? Karl Lagerfeld Or This Grill?
Karl Lagerfeld was known the world over for his brilliant fashion design and his work as the creative director of Chanel. With that in mind, you wouldn’t expect to see a mega celebrity like him hanging out in just anyone’s backyard. But, with the way the snow fell on this winter’s night, this grill certainly looks like him, don’t you think? To us, it either looks like him or The Terminator.
Even though this is a picture from the middle of winter, it’s making us want to go out and fire up the barbecue. There’s nothing better than grilling with friends, except maybe owning a grill that looks like Karl Lagerfeld.
Did She Buy This Dress Before Or After Riding This Train?
Every once in a while you might see someone wearing a similar shirt to you in public, but this is taking it to a whole other level. In this image, we’ve got a woman wearing a dress that’s made from the exact same print fabric as the public city trains! Do you think she buys her fabrics from the same place as city hall? Did she realize what that pattern was when she was buying the dress?
Maybe this is a new form of urban camouflage that we haven’t heard of yet. Imagine how much people-watching you could do if people thought you were just a seat. Although, you might get sat on a time or two.
Who Says Cats Can’t Celebrate Halloween?
Every year when Halloween rolls around, people all around the world try to figure out the most impressive costume they can buy or create to wow their friends. Some people do group costumes with their families, some people dress up their pets, and others go solo and alone. Still, the mark of a great costume is when the person truly becomes the character, and that’s what’s going on in the image down below.
We will not be convinced that this cat is not Chewbacca. They look practically identical! We bet this cat is a pretty good mechanic and robotics hand too.
