Tom Hardy Issues Sad Health Update: ‘It’s Not Going To Get Better’

Tom Hardy has provided a heartbreaking health update for fans as he says ‘it’s not going to get better’.

The English actor who starred in Venom and Mad Max: Fury Road, is getting well wishes from fans after giving out the sad news.

‘This illness sucks, it is the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life’, as one person writes. “Nothing is more humbling.

Folk who’ve never lived it don’t know what a fear-provoking word it is”.

Another adds: “He should take a break. He is a multi-millionaire already. He should take in projects that are well spaced out to give him time to recover.”

“Poor dude. I’m dealing with the same right now, and it’s no walk in the park. I have to tell you, it’s excruciating!” a third types.

This is not the first time Hardy is open about his health.

The actor has been clean in the public eye for more than two decades after having gone into rehab at age 25 in 2003.

In an interview with Essentials in the year 2015, he talked about his addiction struggle openly.

Hardy said that his addiction was so bad that he would have sold his family to get his drug fix, per AOL: “I would have sold my mother for a rock of crack.”

Speaking of his coc**** problem, he commented: “I was a shameful suburban statistic. I was told very clearly, ‘You go down that road, Tom, you won’t come back. That’s it. All you need to know.’”

Hardy is a very sought-after actor – after he was done promoting The Last Dance in December, he immediately started filming MobLand, which is apparently having a toll on his body.

In a recent interview with Esquire, he shared: “I got dizzy today, took a Sudafed and it’s starting to work, so I feel better, but in the interviews I was sitting there, and you know when you feel not right, but you can’t tell someone you don’t feel right? Like, ‘Listen, if I pass out…’”

Hardy then gave details of physical problems he is suffering from: “I’ve had two knee surgeries now, my disc’s herniated in my back, I’ve got sciatica as well.

“And I have that… is it plantar fasciitis? Where did that come from? And why? Why?! And I pulled my tendon in my hip as well.”

Cleveland Clinic defines sciatica as ‘when irritation, inflammation, pinching or compression affects one or more nerves that run down your lower back and into your legs.’

Cleveland Clinic states that sciatica is ‘when irritation, inflammation, pinching or compression affects one or more nerves that run down your lower back and into your legs’.

The Mayo Clinic states that plantar fasciitis is ‘a condition characterized by inflammation and pain in the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot from your heel to your toes.’

Hardy added: “It’s like, it’s all falling to bits now, and it’s not going to get better.”
